Ali brings an unwavering spirit as a facilitator, community builder, experience designer, and weaver for thriving intergenerational spaces. Her work consistently unites two common threads: facilitating transformation for people & teams, and supporting communities into their next chapters of impact. She loves holding space for creative solutions birthed through a group's collective wisdom.
Her community design work spans online, in-person, and hybrid spaces. She is actively involved in crafting pathways for participatory grantmaking, has built thriving community learning experiences serving tens of thousands of students online, and teaches in changemaker programming across the globe.

Mentor Dida, has dedicated his career to designing & implementing transformative learning spaces that empower changemakers globally. With a reputation for creating impactful programs that drive meaningful growth, Mentor has facilitated sessions for leading organizations such as Meta, the United Nations, USAID, Ashoka, Stanford University and many others.
His work combines an innovative experiential based approach to facilitation with deep insights into unlocking human potential and leadership, making him a sought-after expert in helping teams and individuals harness their potential for collective action and growth.

Cole Hoover
Cole Hoover is a transformative facilitator, impact network designer, and coach who uses business principles to increase social and environmental impact. Previously, Cole served as the Director of Learning and Community at MovingWorlds, a global accelerator and impact network. Under his leadership, MovingWorlds helped over 1,100 global social enterprises grow their businesses and integrate into crucial supply chains to increase equity and sustainability.
As an educator, Cole co-founded the first accredited social enterprise certificate in Washington state at the University of Washington. He has been teaching courses on social impact since 2012.
